- Translate Contracts business needs into system requirements, workflows, and functional designs.

- Support cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Evaluate system changes for operational, compliance, reporting, and downstream impacts.
- Support governance of Contracts-related system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and strengthen data quality.
- Develop repeatable processes and standards for future business and acquisition integrations.
- Develop training materials, job aids, and system guidance for Contracts users.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to leadership.
- Coordinate with system integrators, consultants, and other external partners as needed.
- Ensure system processes support company policies, government contracting requirements, internal controls, and data integrity.
