About this role

Anduril Industries is hiring a Supply Chain Systems Support Analyst, full-time, on-site in Costa Mesa, California, United States, in the Aerospace sector.

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

About the Team

Anduril's Supply Chain organization is building the systems infrastructure to scale procurement, planning, and logistics across a rapidly growing defense technology portfolio. Within this organization, the Digital Supply Chain function is responsible for optimizing supply chain operations through implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the digital platforms that power sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and supplier management. The team ensures that supply chain processes are efficient, scalable, and integrated with the latest industry standards.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, your primary responsibility is to respond to reported supply chain system incidents submitted by internal stakeholders across Anduril's global supply chain user base. You will own the intake, evaluation, debug, escalation, communications, and tracking of reported incidents across the platforms that support procurement, purchasing, planning, inventory, and logistics operations. The user base supported by this role includes supply chain analysts, procurement specialists, buyers, planners, and program managers. Support case duration and technical complexity will range widely.

Beyond reactive support, you will be embedded in supply chain operations, working cross-functionally with Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, Program Management, IT, Engineering, Business Systems, and other stakeholders to solve complex systems problems that span multiple teams and don't fall neatly into any single domain. You bring structure to ambiguity, think in systems, and drive solutions where others see only complexity.

What You'll Do

Triage, Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution

  • Serve as the critical bridge between supply chain operations and digital supply chain systems (ERP, PR apps) identifying and resolving software issues that impact supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor intake of reported software problems across multiple supply chain platforms and triage based on urgency, impact, and scope.
  • Conduct root cause analysis by observing actual supply chain processes and how they interact with digital systems to identify disconnects between software functionality and operational needs.
  • Escalate to engineering support when required and provide clear operational context to software development teams about supply chain realities and downstream impacts.
  • Develop workarounds and best practices that accommodate both system limitations and supply chain requirements, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Proactively identify potential unreported problems by regularly analyzing system data patterns, monitoring supply chain KPIs, and reviewing process adherence across platforms.

Cross-Functional Problem Solving & Systems Thinking

  • Step into high-priority problems that span multiple teams and systems, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving resolution without waiting for clear ownership or prescribed solutions.
  • Project manage across large, cross-functional groups of stakeholders—leading meetings, managing communications, and driving alignment toward solutions amid challenging deadlines and moving milestones.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations by leading user acceptance testing, developing training materials, and championing change management across the organization.
  • Propose targeted improvements to existing workflows and system configurations that enhance the end-user experience and reduce recurring support needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain systems, technical support, ERP/MRP administration, business systems analysis, or a related operations/technology role, with hands-on experience in one or more supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, or similar).
  • Hands-on debug expertise with integrated enterprise systems, including ERP, MRP, WMS, PLM, or procurement platforms.
  • Functional understanding of core supply chain concepts, processes, and terminology (sourcing, procurement, inventory, payment) and how they relate to software tools and data objects.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask competing support demands in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • History of collaborative engagement with software engineers and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Self-driven and proactive. You don't wait on others to solve problems. You step into the gap to offer solutions yourself.
  • Comfortable communicating broadly: presenting findings and recommendations to leadership, facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical audiences, and documenting solutions clearly.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Procurement Software/Tools.
  • Experience with system integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, major system migrations, and/or continuous enhancement projects
  • Experience in working on process optimization projects with both internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Background in hardware manufacturing, aerospace and defense, or other complex supply chain environments.
