About this role
General Dynamics Mission Systems is hiring a Senior TIDES Engineer Support Specialist, full-time, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, in the DEFENSE sector.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus 6 years of experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience, the Senior TIDES Engineer Support Specialist will support the TIDES team withing Systems Engineering Integration and Test as a Software & Networking cognizent engineer.

What you bring to the table:
A Bachelor’s of Science or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Expertise in systems engineering, network/system management with demonstrable background in research support and in-depth, hands-on knowledge of COTS/GOTS network and systems management applications
Subject matter expert (SME) in at least one discipline/field and working knowledge in multiple adjacent disciplines/fields

Combined Salary Range
USD $126,862.00 - USD $137,269.00 /Yr.
