Why this matters for talent
Anduril's YFQ-44A firing its first air-to-ground missile at Edwards marks a significant transition from autonomous air vehicle development into weapons integration -- a much harder technical and regulatory problem. Teams doing this work need flight test engineers, weapons system integrators, and cleared software engineers, and there are very few organizations outside Anduril and legacy primes who can offer this kind of early-stage program involvement.
