This week, Hadrian wrapped its fourth annual Chili Cook-Off. And for the first time, we ran it across state lines, with our talented employee chefs competing at our LA and Arizona facilities.
It started small in 2022: a handful of pots and a few brave entries. Four years and a lot of growth later, it's become one of the traditions our team looks forward to most.
Hadrian moves fast. We're building and scaling at a pace most companies don't. And still, leadership, managers, factory technicians, and engineers, all with full schedules, carved out the time to be together.
Why this matters for talent
Hadrian's fourth annual Chili Cook-Off, this year held across both its LA and Arizona facilities, is a culture post, but running the same event across two sites is a small, concrete marker of the company's physical footprint growing. Hadrian carries more than 138 open roles on the board.
