Why this matters for talent
A $360 million revolving credit facility is working capital, not a venture round, which means Hadrian is financing factory buildout and inventory against real contracts. That kind of financing usually precedes a manufacturing headcount ramp in machinists, process engineers, and supply chain rather than another wave of software hires. Hadrian is already carrying more than 120 open roles on the jobs board, so the ramp is visible in the requisitions.
