Reflecting on #AUSA2026 and many meaningful conversations last week. We wanted to share one final moment: We were proud to welcome Hon

Saab Inc Defense Product October 23, 2026

Brent Ingraham, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)), and Ms. Miranda Oden, acting Principal Deputy ASA(ALT), to our booth.

During the visit, we highlighted our Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB), Carl-Gustaf recoilless rifle, and GAMER live training system, demonstrating how Saab’s solutions support U.S. soldiers and help equip them to fight and win on today’s battlefield.

Thank you to Hon. Ingraham and Ms. Oden for taking the time to visit us!

Why this matters for talent

Saab's recap of meetings with Army acquisition officials at AUSA points to continued government relationship building around its Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb and Carl-Gustaf programs. Saab carries more than 70 open roles on the board, and sustained defense customer engagement like this is generally a healthier backdrop for program funded engineering roles than a single press release would be.
