A new chapter. One team. The First Class Way
There's a lot to be excited about at Vertical Aerospace! Last week, our team came together for a Town Hall at our Bristow, Oklahoma facility to talk about our next chapter as part of First Class Air.
It was a great opportunity to bring everyone together, share our vision for the future and celebrate the people who have made Vertical Aerospace what it is today.
As we look ahead, we're excited about the opportunities this partnership creates for our employees, our customers and our continued growth. We're bringing the same technical expertise, creative problem solving and commitment to customer service that have always defined Vertical Aerospace, now supported by the expanded capabilities and resources of First Class Air.
And as you can see, our team is already embracing The First Class Way!
We're proud of our people, excited about our future and looking forward to everything we'll accomplish together.

Why this matters for talent
A town hall framed around a cultural reset, described here as a new chapter, often follows a strategic pivot or a difficult stretch, and it is worth watching how the open role count moves from here. Vertical Aerospace lists just 6 open roles today, a small number for a company at this stage, and this kind of messaging is a signal to watch rather than act on yet.
