First Class Air Partners with Vertical Aerospace, Expanding Structural MRO, Engineering and Fabricated Part Manufacturing Capabilities
We’re excited to share an important new chapter for Vertical Aerospace.
Vertical Aerospace has joined First Class Air, an integrated aviation aftermarket company bringing together specialized aviation businesses serving customers around the world.
For our customers and partners, the Vertical Aerospace you know is not changing. We will continue operating from our Bristow, Oklahoma facility under the leadership of Founder and General Manager Tray Siegfried, with the same experienced team and commitment to technical expertise, creative problem solving and exceptional customer service.
As part of First Class Air, Vertical Aerospace is now connected to a broader network of aviation aftermarket capabilities including parts distribution, MRO, DER repair, PMA manufacturing, aircraft teardowns and exchange programs, creating new opportunities to provide even more solutions to our customers.
We’re proud of what our team has built at Vertical Aerospace and excited about what this partnership means for our employees, our customers and our future.

Why this matters for talent
Joining First Class Air expands Vertical Aerospace access to MRO, engineering, and fabricated parts manufacturing infrastructure rather than building it alone. The jobs board currently lists 6 openings at Vertical Aerospace, and partnerships of this kind tend to bring manufacturing and supply chain hiring with them as production scales. Candidates with aerospace manufacturing or structural engineering backgrounds have reason to watch this integration closely.
