What You Bring Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and asset tracking tools. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in industrial environments. Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance. Commitment to sustainability and energy optimization initiatives. Salary Range: $98,480.00 to $130,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications. Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real.
