Anduril Industries is hiring a Field Logistics Associate, full-time, on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, in the Aerospace sector.

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Field Logistics Associate to join our growing Logistics team at Creech Air Force Base, NV. This role is responsible for the tactical execution of material management, inventory control, and logistics support that keeps Anduril systems mission-ready for our USAF partners on-site. The Logistics team has built a white-glove service responsible for developing and executing Anduril's strategy to deliver and sustain hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging.
The right person for this role demonstrates strong ownership, operates independently, and solves operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. You will be flexible to provide support wherever needed — from the warehouse floor to the flight line — to ensure inventory is accounted for, materials are stored, shipped, and received under stringent quality standards, and the site's logistics needs are met.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Process shipping, receiving, and inventory management to support the on-site Anduril and USAF partners at Creech Air Force Base
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and maintaining accurate physical and digital records
  • Monitor inventory levels to proactively identify anticipated material shortages and restock points; coordinate with supply chain and planning teams to maintain appropriate min/max levels
  • Prepare parts and materials for production, maintenance, or shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
  • Ensure material movement is accurately transacted for every move and issue parts and tools to the floor as required
  • Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
  • Operate pallet jacks, and other equipment to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks
  • Expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with operational and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with Anduril teams, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of required items; act as an on-site point of contact with USAF logisticians as needed
  • Handle, store, pack, label, and prep dangerous goods / hazardous materials for shipment in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Proactively identify, propose, and help implement improvements to logistics and inventory processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as a materials coordinator, warehouse associate, or in a materials/inventory control role, ideally within the defense or aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of standard inventory management practices and experience transacting in an ERP and/or warehouse management / inventory control system
  • Ability to be onsite, local to the Creech Air Force Base, NV area
  • Ability to travel to Anduril Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA and other sites supporting the USAF
  • Able to lift 50–70 lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand and power tools
  • Work shifts: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, with occasional surge / after-hours support as operations dictate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills; able to operate independently and prioritize across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top-Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a USAF or other service aviation maintenance environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira, Oracle ERP, Odoo WMS, Slack, or equivalent productivity and inventory tooling
  • Familiarity with inventory management through lot/serial/batch tracking
  • Experience packaging, handling, and shipping hazardous materials (IATA, IMDG, and/or 49 CFR training a plus)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a white-glove service mentality
  • Prior military or overseas contracting experience
