About this role

Anduril Industries is hiring a Global Train and Advise Lead, Europe, full-time, on-site in London, England, United Kingdom, in the Aerospace sector.

By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Global Train and Advise Lead, Europe with extensive experience training regional militaries. This unique role is designed for an operational leader who can seamlessly bridge command and staff level advising with hands-on technical deployment, integration, training, and operational support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation, strategic adoption, and sustained utilization of our advanced systems across critical stakeholders throughout the region. Leveraging extensive regional knowledge, established networks, cross-cultural communication, and comfort with technology, you will advise senior leadership on the effective employment of autonomous systems, foster essential relationships, and contribute to successful rapid deployment, integration, and mission planning of Anduril’s family of systems. This role demands a rare blend of diplomatic acumen, proven experience building effective partner relationships, and train the trainer competency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Training & Advising:

  • Facilitate delivery of comprehensive, multi-leveled technical training, including Train the Trainer courses, specifically tailored for regional militaries, including end-users, operational staff, and senior leaders.
  • Provide insight on user organizational structures, mission requirements, planning processes, CONOPs, and workflows to drive accelerated integration and operational employment of cutting edge technology.
  • Conduct operational needs assessments to identify specific training requirements, operational gaps, and opportunities for enhanced and expanded system utilization.
  • Guide creation and localization of culturally appropriate technical training materials, operational playbooks, documentation, quick-start guides, and troubleshooting resources in relevant regional languages.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to ensure high levels of comprehension, skill transfer, and operational proficiency.
  • Track key adoption metrics, capture and analyze user feedback, and support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods to maximize impact and user proficiency.

2. Broad Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development:

  • Cultivate relationships with critical stakeholders, including military leadership, staff, and end users.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison facilitating effective communication and collaboration between Anduril and regional entities, from senior decision-makers to technical operators.
  • Proactively identify opportunities that can enhance user’s successful adoption and deployment of Anduril systems.

3. Operational Advising

  • Provide ongoing advisory support and mentorship to regional users and partners, ensuring sustained adoption, optimization, and expert utilization of systems.
  • Advise user leadership and staff on mission planning, CONOP, SOP, and TTP development related to employment of Anduril systems.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and evolving operational requirements within the European context that could impact program success or require proactive mitigation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for user adoption in Europe, ensuring cultural sensitivity, regional appropriateness, and strategic alignment in all engagements and technical solutions.

4. Technical Field Operations & System Integration:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for users in the field, understanding their operational challenges and requirements.
  • Support the rapid deployment of hardware and software systems in austere, remote, and operationally demanding environments across the region.
  • Gather detailed user feedback from customers, translating these into clear, actionable specifications for internal engineering and product development teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful program execution and maximum uptime in critical operations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Mission Operations, Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, Growth) to ensure regional requirements, operational feedback, and critical technical insights are accurately incorporated into pre-deployment site surveys, product roadmaps, engineering sprints, and service offerings.
  • Champion the voice of the European users internally, advocating for solutions that meet their unique demands and technical constraints.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
