About this role

Anduril Industries is hiring a Partnership Manager, Connected Warfare, full-time, on-site in Costa Mesa, California, United States, in the Aerospace sector.

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time sensitive decisions, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kills chains and enable mission autonomy.

Our Mission Command business line, within the Connected Warfare division, delivers the next generation of command and control (NGC2) software and integrated decision tools directly to the operational and tactical edge. By enabling decentralized decision-making, real-time sensor-to-shooter pairing, collaborative planning, and secure interoperability, we empower warfighters with unparalleled situational awareness and decisive mission advantages in contested environments.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, Partnership Manager to join our Mission Command business line and help lead the partnership strategy for the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program — one of the most significant and fast-growing programs in the defense technology landscape.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, technical integration, account management, and delivery. You will own critical partner relationships end-to-end, driving tangible outcomes — not just announcements — across multi-year engagements. You will work closely with engineering, product, program management, and senior leadership to ensure that our partner ecosystem accelerates mission outcomes and revenue growth.

This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on one of the largest programs in Anduril's portfolio. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same and where your work directly shapes national security outcomes, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own partner relationships end-to-end. Manage the full lifecycle of multiple high-visibility partnerships — from initial engagement and scoping through contract execution and delivery — ensuring measurable outcomes for both Anduril and our partners.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for assigned partners, streamlining communications, maintaining strategic alignment, and deconflicting engagements across Anduril's broader organization.
  • Drive integration and interoperability. Work hands-on with engineering teams and partners to ensure seamless technical integration of partner capabilities into the NGC2 architecture. Understand system interfaces, data flows, and integration dependencies well enough to troubleshoot issues and unblock progress.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments — coordinating across Anduril engineering, product, program management, business development, and customer organizations to keep partnerships aligned and moving forward.
  • Be business-minded. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new partnership opportunities that expand the program's reach and capability.
  • Ensure delivery excellence. Coordinate complex logistics and get hands-on with Anduril technology to ensure partners can effectively integrate and operate our products. You are as comfortable in a lab or field environment as you are in a boardroom.
  • Represent Anduril with credibility. Engage confidently in formal customer engagements, partner workshops, and demos. Communicate clearly and compellingly to audiences ranging from engineers to general officers.
  • Identify and vet new partners. Continuously evaluate the partner landscape, prioritizing potential partners based on technical fit, mission alignment, program access, and strategic value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex, technical partnerships simultaneously — such as in technical program management, systems integration, or account management roles.
  • Experience managing B2B and prime-subcontractor relationships, including agreement and contract development, negotiation, and execution.
  • Familiarity with systems integration concepts and a willingness to go deep on technical details — including getting on the command line when needed to debug integration issues alongside engineering teams.
  • Strong account management instincts: you know how to track deliverables, manage expectations, and keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining clarity, organization, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communicator — comfortable presenting to large groups and senior leadership, and energized by high-visibility work.
  • Humble but relentlessly proactive. No task is too small, and you bring a bias for action every day.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% for partner engagements, demos, customer deliveries, and workshops.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Experience with defense acquisition processes (SRR, PDR, CDR, PRR, etc.).
  • Background in systems integration, software integration, or technical interoperability — particularly in multi-vendor or coalition environments.
  • Experience with core business operations processes including purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable.
  • Direct experience working with or selling into the U.S. military and/or major defense system integrators.
  • Familiarity with autonomous systems, command and control software, or related aerospace and defense technologies.
  • Experience using or managing integrations with mission command, battle management, or C2 platforms.
US Salary Range $117,000 — $145,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
