Terawave is building the world's first enterprise-grade multi-orbit satellite broadband network, delivering symmetric gigabit-to-terabit connectivity to data centers, governments, and global enterprises. As part of our product team, you will apply your skills in customer insight, technical analysis, and structured problem-solving to help define what Terawave builds and how we bring it to market. Example responsibilities include translating enterprise customer requirements into product specifications, developing the frameworks that shape our service tier and pricing architecture, and working across engineering and business to align the product roadmap to commercial milestones.

During your internship, you can expect to:

- Gain hands-on experience defining and shaping a connectivity product at a pre-launch stage, before the market is set.

- Receive mentorship and direct feedback from Terawave product leadership.

- Participate in events to learn about other parts of Blue Origin.

Responsibilities may include:

- Translate enterprise customer and partner requirements into structured product specifications and use cases across Terawave's LEO and MEO service tiers.

- Develop and maintain product positioning and packaging frameworks across target segments: enterprise, data center, government, and defense.

- Conduct customer discovery interviews and synthesize voice-of-customer findings to inform roadmap priorities.

- Collaborate with engineering to document capability requirements, surface tradeoffs, and ensure technical feasibility of product commitments.

- Build analyses to evaluate service tier design decisions, including capacity allocation, SLA structures, and terminal configurations.

- Support pricing and commercial model development for Terawave's connectivity offerings.

- Develop and deliver product documentation and content for internal reviews and external partner discussions.

- Develop business plans and go-to-market planning tied to constellation deployment milestones.

- Contribute to the improvement of internal product tools and operational workflows used to track customer requirements, manage product data, and support team decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

- Currently enrolled in a graduate or MBA program with at least one semester or quarter remaining after the internship.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or other technical field, or equivalent technical work experience.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Aptitude for teamwork with demonstrated potential for leadership.

- Strong written communication and presentation skills.

- Available to work full time for the duration of the internship while not concurrently enrolled in coursework.

Desired:

- Prior experience in product management, technical program management, or customer-facing roles in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or adjacent industries.

- Familiarity with enterprise connectivity requirements, including data center networking, WAN architecture, or government communications.

- Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and translate those tradeoffs into product decisions.

- Understanding of the private space industry and the competitive satellite broadband landscape.

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving, pre-launch program environment.

- Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team.

Hourly compensation for applicant is: $50.00
