Job Posting External Job Responsibilities: Support the Marketing team in creating, coordinating and delivering communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation and employee engagement. Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications including emails, newsletters, announcements and intranet content Create and edit written content for employee communication channels Help maintain and update the company Intranet site Support the rollout of a global Intranet site Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and develop communication materials Track communication metrics and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging and communication standards Support special projects and other marketing activities as assigned Job Qualifications: Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field Strong writing, research and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Own means of reliable transportation Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
