Software Developer - ServiceNow CSM Lead

Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) approaches. Collaborate with Business Analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs. Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components. Develop detailed architecture, design, and coding standards for the development teams to follow. Lead design and code walkthroughs. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools. Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities. Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, along with 8+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience. Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements. Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of CSM solutions across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting. Strong knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, REST integrations. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Experience establishing and promoting Automated Test Framework (ATF) best practices, including the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
