Configuration Management Associate

Basic Qualifications

Associates degree in technical field, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or combination of education and relevant work experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Configuration Management Associate, duties will include, but not be limited to:

Collaborate with hardware, software, test, and installation team members on build schedule(s) then initiate the build and packaging process.

Create and evaluate system installation procedures for software and firmware releases.

Work with SMEs to generate, review and execute associated build documentation for correctness to ensure product quality.

Ensure the configuration of software/firmware builds are correct, controlled, tracked, and stored properly.

Ensure the software builds are repeatable with no errors on all versions of media and can be replicated at any stage of its development and/or or post-development.

Ensure the software, test, and production environments match the final lab and shipboard installation builds.

Coordinate shipments of media to customer locations.

Track and managing the required licenses for servers and network switches including license counts and usages.

Contributing to required contract deliverable documentation.

Salary Note
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range
USD $31.14 - USD $33.40 /Hr.
