Lucid Motors is hiring a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation, full-time, on-site in Newark, CA, in the EV sector.

About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation to lead strategic digital initiatives that improve how Supply Chain operates, makes decisions, and delivers business outcomes.

This role will partner closely with Supply Chain leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. The successful candidate will connect strategy, process, data, technology, and execution, driving transformation from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption.

This is not simply a program management position. The role requires a leader who can challenge existing processes, define the future-state operating model, establish a digital roadmap, and drive complex initiatives across organizational boundaries.

You Will

  • Own and drive the Supply Chain digital transformation roadmap, aligning priorities with business strategy and operational needs.
  • Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives from problem definition and business case through solution design, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
  • Partner with IT and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Drive transformation across areas such as planning, sourcing/procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Establish clear business outcomes, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and governance for the digital portfolio.
  • Improve visibility and decision-making through stronger data, analytics, dashboards, and exception-based management.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, automation, and digital workflow capabilities, for practical Supply Chain applications.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to define pain points, requirements, future-state processes, and implementation priorities.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, appropriately integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Drive organizational readiness, process adoption, and change management to ensure new capabilities translate into sustainable business results.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and implementation barriers, and drive them to resolution.
  • Develop executive-level communications, transformation plans, business cases, and progress reporting.
  • Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and other partner organizations.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members and project leads while creating accountability for execution and results.

You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience across supply chain, digital transformation, technology, consulting, business transformation, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and the ability to connect operational challenges with digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformation involving enterprise systems, data/analytics, automation, process redesign, or digital products.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levels, from developing a transformation roadmap to removing implementation roadblocks.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop business cases, prioritize investment, and quantify measurable outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with IT and technical teams to translate operational requirements into deployable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in matrixed environments.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex business and technical subjects.
  • Bias for action, ownership, and measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or comparable ERP platforms and enterprise supply chain applications.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience applying AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, workflow automation, or advanced analytics to Supply Chain problems.
  • Background in automotive, manufacturing, high-tech, or another complex global Supply Chain environment.
  • Experience establishing transformation governance, portfolio prioritization, and benefits/value realization.
  • Experience leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes and technology.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means moving beyond deploying technology. The Senior Manager will create measurable improvements in Supply Chain performance, establish a coherent digital roadmap, reduce manual and fragmented ways of working, improve data-driven decision making, and build sustainable digital capabilities across the organization.
