Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) duties in support of our DoD Facility Clearance, including personnel security actions, visit requests, and interfacing with DCSA and USG customers.

- Review and track DD-254s for classified contracts and subcontracts, ensuring flow-down requirements are correctly implemented and maintained.
- Support the self-inspection program and prepare for DCSA security reviews and assessments.
- Operate and maintain the facility badging system, physical access controls, alarm systems, and visitor management processes.
- Support COMSEC accountability and safeguarding activities as needed, in coordination with the designated COMSEC custodian.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI required.
- Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of direct industrial security experience in lieu of a degree.

- Demonstrated experience across the core industrial security functions (PHYSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Program Security), including supporting Collateral, SCI, and/or Special Access Program (SAP) security requirements.
- FSO certification (or ability to complete FSO curriculum within 90 days of hire).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex security requirements for technical and non-technical audiences; proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment where new challenges arise each week.
