ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS: Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Conduct site inspections to help maintain the safety, cleanliness and general condition of the facility.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance and minor repairs.
- Assist with set up and tear-down of employee events.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks after training.
- Learn to safely use basic hand and power tools.
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of facility and maintenance areas.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, tasks relating to the following area will be assigned as required.

- Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to effectively work with others and on your own after receiving direction.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to deal with a large variety of personalities.
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a reasonable time frame.
- Valid chauffer license (Pratt Miller will cover the cost of obtaining one).
- Flexible schedule.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

- A High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges.
- Lifting up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Working outdoors in all types of weather.
