| ​WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Change Control Specialist supports engineering and manufacturing change management throughout a new vehicle launch, coordinating implementation across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing organizations.

| ​WORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT:

| ​WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

- Coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes through launch.
- Track approvals, implementation status, and closure activities.
- Facilitate change control review meetings.
- Monitor critical changes and escalate risks.
- Maintain change dashboards and reporting.
- Support manufacturing readiness assessments.
- Drive action closure across stakeholders.

| ​WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of automotive manufacturing or change management experience.
- Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar PLM systems.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
