Via is hiring a Partner Delivery Engineer, full-time, on-site in Tel Aviv, in the INFRASTRUCTURE sector.

As a Partner Delivery Engineer at Via, you will act as the critical technical bridge between our R&D, Partner Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless functionality for our global partners. In this high-impact support engineering role, you will untangle complex system escalations and optimize the underlying technology powering our transit networks. This is a unique opportunity to directly enhance partner satisfaction while shaping the continuous improvement of our cutting-edge mobility technology.
About the Role:
- Spearhead technical investigations to diagnose and resolve complex system escalations with minimal disruption to live transit operations
- Resolve challenging customer issues in a collaborative highly impactful dynamic environment
- Collaborate with R&D, Partner Success, and Product to translate technical roadblocks into actionable product enhancements
- Build analytical workflows to monitor support trends and proactively prevent future challenges from impacting partners
- Develop tailored documentation and knowledge bases to empower internal teams to troubleshoot effectively
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 1+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or solutions engineering
- Masterful communicator who can seamlessly translate dense technical concepts for diverse, non-technical audiences
- Highly analytical root-cause problem solver who operates effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
