Hardware, software, and service: what it actually takes to put a humanoid to work

Agility Robotics Robotics Update November 4, 2026

Digit is one part of it. Behind every deployment is an AI stack that unifies perception, full-body control, and decision-making; Arc, our cloud-based fleet management software, which coordinates Digit with the systems a facility already runs; and a dedicated service team on site from the first pilot onward.

Our CEO, Peggy Johnson, walks through the full suite and how years of deployment feedback shaped Digit 5.

Why this matters for talent

The useful part is the description of the whole offering: an AI stack, fleet management software and a dedicated on-site service team from the first pilot onward. That means humanoid deployment is creating field service and customer success work, not only engineering roles. Agility has more than 70 open roles on the board. Technicians and deployment people from warehouse automation could transfer into this well.
