ChargePoint Battery & Charging Update August 10, 2026

54% of commercial tenants now rank EV charging among their top priorities when selecting a building.

Why this matters for talent

The commercial real estate data point here is a signal for EV infrastructure careers: site assessment, permitting, fleet electrification consulting, and network operations are all growing faster than ports are being installed. ChargePoint and its competitors are hiring to close that gap, and roles on the B2B and property-tech side of charging are less competed than consumer-facing EV jobs.
