Why this matters for talent

A CEO on CNBC talking about a new robot is a marketing moment, but the first deployment with ADNOC is the part to watch. A named industrial customer in the UAE means field deployment, customer engineering and operations work has to follow the launch. Gecko Robotics has more than 15 open roles on the board, and people who can run robots at real industrial sites are hard to find.
