Why this matters for talent
A VP of Commercialization being recognized publicly for leadership is a minor people story, but it is also a reminder that Motional's commercialization function, not just its engineering team, is where some of its senior talent sits. Worth noting for anyone eyeing business and partnerships roles rather than pure robotics roles. Motional carries around 80 open roles on the jobs board.
