Why this matters for talent

Industry recognition for workplace culture is a recruiting tool as much as a PR win, especially for a trucking manufacturer competing for technical talent against tech companies. PACCAR carries 174 open roles on the jobs board right now, and this kind of award is the sort of thing a recruiter points candidates to when making the case for a legacy OEM over a startup.
