Why this matters for talent
Redwood is talking about its engineering, and specifically power electronics that connect EV battery packs of different chemistries and voltages. It is an unusually direct pitch to hardware engineers. Redwood has more than 100 open roles on the board. Power electronics engineers from automotive may find a second-life battery business an interesting next step.
