A 2-ton car for a cheeseburger delivery never made sense to us

Starship Technologies Autonomous Delivery Partnership October 1, 2026

So we built something that does: an autonomous robot that makes short-distance delivery cheaper, cleaner and simpler.

And connectivity is a big part of how it works, becuase we've got more than 3,000 robots operating across all kinds of different locations.

1oT came to our office to see behind the scenes on what it takes to run a fleet of autonomous robots at a large global scale in their latest docuseries: Build Connected.

Thank you so much 1oT, KPN IoT and Mikk Lemberg for this collaboration - we had a lot of fun shooting it!

Why this matters for talent

Starship Technologies was featured in a docuseries on running a fleet of more than 3,000 autonomous delivery robots at global scale. It is a brand and marketing story rather than a hiring one, and Starship Technologies is not currently tracked with an open roles count on this board.
