Why this matters for talent
Wayve is showing Japanese press a live demo in Tokyo traffic and pointing at its OEM partnerships, which tells you the work is moving from research toward vehicle programs. That shift pulls in a different hire: integration engineers, validation leads and people who have worked inside an automaker's program structure. Wayve has more than 150 open roles on the board, so it is worth a look if you have that background, especially with Japan experience.
